Our programs and events take place at many fantastic locations throughout Cornwall – from beautiful coastal running trails, assault courses on the beach to boggy bootcamps and mountainous moorland.
Operated and run by Craig Stephens – a friendly professional personal trainer who will work with you to design a program to meet your goals, expectations and get you Pretty Damn Fit.

Never did I ever think I’d be doing exercise, weekly and off my own back! I signed up for my first one with a group of friends and was really apprehensive as I’m not fit in any way shape or form. I was so proud of myself after the first 12 weeks. Craig (and Amy) do an amazing job, the other bootcampers are so supportive and it’s a good laugh! Would recommend to anyone without a doubt!
Never have I laughed so much whilst wanting to swear and curse at the same time! Giving up is not an option, there’s mud, sweat, laughing, feeling sick, being unable to catch your breath and a whole world of emotions that you will go through. But at the end of it you will see results, feel amazing and be so glad that you signed up. Craig will “encouragingly” push you to your limits…but it’s up to you to exceed them!
Been doing boot camp for just over a year now & absolutely love it! A year ago I could barely do 1 proper full press up, now barely drop to my knees (if I do I get verbal until I’m back up) didn’t even know what a burpee was lol now a year later exceeding all expectations of myself, even done my 1st 5k boot camp run which I never thought I’d ever do! None of this would have been possible without you Craig, you really have built me up! I’m so much stronger inside & out! Pretty damn fit I owe everything! �
I’ve cleaned all the mud off from my first ever boot camp experience, so now for my thoughts… It ticked a lot of boxes for me –
1) I’m not a fan of tricky routines so throwing tyres and ropes around a field suited my questionable coordination skills just fine!
2) My body has that nice ache where you know you’ve done something good
3) I laughed a lot, who doesn’t like laughing, such a nice bunch of ppl to get muddy with!
4) negativity/moaning was met with sarcasm or positivity which totally works for me to make do more!
5) The hour flew by, no chance of boredom with all the activities included!

I love the boot camp and boxing classes, its great fun but hard work so you leave knackered but fit. Win win.
This is an amazing bootcamp class. Last year I would never of thought I could do this type of exercise but with taking a brave step and getting off my backside I have loved it.I have felt completely welcomed and supported by everyone who have all wanted to achieve there personal fitness goals. Every week there is a variety of workouts and so you are achieving maximum results. I’ve pushed my self beyond limits and have loved the results from physically to mentally feeling stronger and determined. With this my all over health as improved by attending pretty damm fit bootcamp with Craig as he ensures a all over workout. I am definitely signing up again as I couldn’t think of not doing it. ���
I am about to complete my second bootcamp and join a third � I don’t half like to moan about it but I honestly love my Wednesday night sessions! An absolute rollercoaster of emotions take place � The first 5mins I’m proud I turned out, whatever the weather. 10mins in all I can think is “why am I here of my own free will, it’s bloody awful, this could just be how I die.” Shortly after that I’m doing things I never thought I was capable of and really engrossed in whatever the nights exercise are. Enjoying my workout, laughing along with my fellow boot campers � And Craig when I’m not busy sticking up my middle finger instead. Seriously, thank you Craig, I am physically capable of far more than I ever thought and it’s all thanks to your unique motivational skills!
Flippin’ love it!! I’ve been going to bootcamp for over a year now and I still love it. Every week is different and my limitations are pushed during each session. Craig is incredibly supportive (and at times quite insulting �) which gives you encouragement to push yourself that little bit further! If I said it gets easier, I’d be lying because your strength increases each time which in turn makes you competitive with yourself and you will continue to push harder and harder! Would recommend Craig’s bootcamp to anyone of any ability….sign up, you will love it too!
